Hey there!

My name is Kelsie and I am a Photographer & Videographer located in the Los Angeles area. When not shooting you can find me doing what “a few of us” in this area do and thats the hustle of acting and performing. I also geek out on musical theatre and love binge watching a really good show ( or 2, or 3, or 7) on Netflix.

I have been doing photography for the last 8 years and working in the wedding industry since 2015. It is my goal to make all clients comfortable, confident, but overall have FUN! This goes for lifestyle shoots, headshots, weddings, family portraits, etc. I want to capture the real you, and create moments from reality. Photos can always feel intimidating but with me my number one goal is always making sure you are able to be authentic yet confident in front of the lens.

I genuinely get to know and engage with my clients to form a level of friendship. I try to keep a conversation going and put you in situations and interactions rather than specific stiff poses. With couples, I want you to feel like you can interact with one another whether its by dancing, whispering inside jokes in one another ear, or even just laughing while walking hand in hand. I want to create organic moments that are captured. This is how you and your partner can stay comfortable yet authentic. All while knowing smart and tactful ways from my training in posing, where I can make adjustments for the highest level of flattering angles, and avoidance of the dreaded “awkwardness”

With headshots and lifestyle shoots, its a similar thing. I want you to feel organic in your movement and less posed. I will guide you in angles and the best way to make adjustments to compliment your specific features. But overall I always say YOUR INTUITION is the best. We’ll put on whatever music brings out your inner Beyonce’ or rockstar or whatever makes you feel at ease and confident to work it in front of the lens.

Fun Facts About Me

-I am OBSESSED with the show Big Brother. Low-key superfan and super geek on it.

-I will always eat the cookie dough when baking, even though were not supposed to. (you know you do it too)

-Born and raised in Southern California. I have lived here all my life.

-I skipped the 3rd grade, graduated high school early, BUT took 6 years to finish college so I made up for it all in the end ;)
